Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and grow the brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
    X (Twitter), and Pinterest for all associated brands.
  • Develop and execute innovative, trend-driven social media campaigns tailored to each
    platform to enhance visibility and audience engagement.
  • Conduct targeted outreach, build meaningful connections, and generate qualified leads
    for the sales team using smart content and messaging tactics.
  • Curate and manage personal branding content for key leadership including the Managing
    Director, Head of HR, and Group Head to position them as thought leaders in the
    industry.
  • Write compelling, click-worthy copy for posts, captions, and campaigns with an eye for
    trends, hooks, and conversions.
  • Plan and schedule content in advance, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of
    campaigns and updates.
  • Design and implement performance-based social media strategies that directly support
    business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and campaign
    effectiveness, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure content
    remains relevant, fresh, and engaging.
  • Work closely with design, video, sales, and marketing teams to align campaigns with
    broader brand goals and event calendars.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multi-brand social media accounts (especially in
    B2B/exhibition/event domains)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for writing engaging, persuasive content
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation techniques
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
  • Deep understanding of personal branding and executive visibility strategies
  • Creative mindset with an analytical approach to social media
  • Knowledge of basic design and video editing tools is a plus
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
