Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Industry: Exhibition Booth Design & Build
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Shift timing: 11AM-7:00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new international business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers—marketing heads, procurement teams, and
    event managers.
  • Present creative booth design solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and project management teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and event
    management, to ensure the successful execution of exhibition projects.
  • Leverage your network and industry knowledge to expand our reach in new and emerging
    markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business
    opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and
    retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and offering
    strategic guidance to enhance their exhibition experience.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate of qualified leads to sales, meeting or exceeding revenue
    targets.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven B2B business development experience (exhibitions/events industry
    preferred).
  • Solid understanding of exhibition booth design, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Strong international client handling experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
