Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new international business opportunities.
Build relationships with decision-makers—marketing heads, procurement teams, and
event managers.
Present creative booth design solutions aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with design and project management teams to deliver winning proposals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and event
management, to ensure the successful execution of exhibition projects.
Leverage your network and industry knowledge to expand our reach in new and emerging
markets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business
opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and
retention.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and offering
strategic guidance to enhance their exhibition experience.
Maintain a high conversion rate of qualified leads to sales, meeting or exceeding revenue
targets.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of proven B2B business development experience (exhibitions/events industry
preferred).
Solid understanding of exhibition booth design, fabrication, and installation processes.
Strong international client handling experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
