Position: Sales Specialist – China
Working days – Monday – Friday
Location – China (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new agency business opportunities for exhibitions, trade shows.
Qualify leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular follow-up to ensure ongoing client engagement.
Develop and present detailed proposals for exhibition space, booth design, sponsorships, and other exhibition-related services.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure all client requirements are communicated to the relevant internal teams for smooth execution of events.
Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct in-depth market research on the exhibition industry in China, understanding client trends, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in trade shows, exhibits, and events.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
Minimum 5 years of outbound and inbound sales experience with a successful quota-carrying track record.
Proficiency in lead generation, prospect management, and sales systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic learner with superior creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and a consistent history of above-average performance evaluations.
Ability to thrive in an environment marked by constant change and tight deadlines.
Strong team player with innovative ideas and the capacity to work collaboratively or autonomously.
