Job Details:

Position: Head – Digital Marketing

Working days – Monday – Friday

Location – Sector 62, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive B2B lead
    generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
  • Oversee marketing campaign (SEO, SEM, Digital marketing, email marketing, and
    social media campaigns).
  • Align digital marketing strategies with overall business and sales objectives.
  • Lead and optimize PPC (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), paid social, and
    retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven marketing techniques, including CRM tools and automation of
    the marketing platform.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spending across performance channels to achieve optimal
    results.
  • Work closely with sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in increasing brand identity
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for lead scoring, email nurturing, and CRM
    integration.
  • Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to derive insights and
    optimize campaigns.
  • Present performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and content
    strategists.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B digital
    marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance
    marketing and B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, and marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, SEO, and
    marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms and data
    visualization tools.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
