Job Details:

Position: Client Services Executive (Architect)
Working days – Monday – Friday
Shift Timing – 11:00AM – 7:00PM IST
Location – Noida

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Making on-time deliveries of construction drawings for exhibition stands and
  furniture.
• Utilize architectural drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create
  accurate and detailed construction drawings.
• Interpret and translate conceptual architectural designs into detailed construction
  drawings and plans.
• Ensure that the design intent is preserved in the final construction documentation.
• Co-coordinating with 3D designers, graphics designers and client-coordinators.
• Generate plans, elevations, sections, and other necessary documents to convey
  project specifications.
• Effectively communicate with project team members to clarify design details and
  resolve potential issues.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured documentation system for all
  project-related files.
• Archive and catalog drawings and revisions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor in Architecture.
• Must have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Added knowledge of Photoshop and 3DSMax is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Project.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
