Job Details:

Designation – Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales)
Working hours – 8 hours
Shift Timing– Dayshift/Rotational night shift (11:00AM – 7:00PM)
Location – Office No. 408, 4th floor, Tower B, I-Thum Building, Sector 62, Noida

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Generating Business opportunities.
  • End to end coordination for allotted online leads.
  • Responsible for outbound sales
  • Contacting clients through calls/mails.
  • Play an integral part in generating new Leads that will turn into long-lasting
    relationships.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing
    solutions that
  • Meet their objectives.
    Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely
    manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to
    maintain

Requirements:

  • Good experience as International Sales/International calling exp
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • B2B Sales/ IT Service Sales/ Digital Marketing Sales experience preferred
  •  Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  •  Ability to make 80+ calls per day.
  • Graduated from a good college with excellent communication skills
  • Right attitude to learn and grow
  • Keen Interest in Sales, speaking with clients and building relationships
